Roco’s mission remains in its name “Rescue” – preparing and training people for rescue operations and conducting search and rescue. Since 1982, that’s where our roots have been.

Today, our mission remains strong – we believe in setting the standard for saving lives and keeping rescuers safe. We have trained thousands of students from fire departments, industrial rescue teams, police departments and some of the most elite military teams in the world.

Our rescue instructors, rescue standby team members and administrative staff are second to none. Roco people are passionate about serving emergency responders – whether it’s providing technical rescue training or providing lifesaving standby services at an industrial standby jobsite.
